INGREDIENTES
Protein
- 1 fish sausage
Vegetables
- 🥔 200g potatoes, julienned
- 60g bell peppers, sliced
Oil
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tbsp oyster sauce
PASSOS
Slice the fish sausage diagonally into thin pieces, then cut into 5mm strips.
Julienne the potatoes into 5mm strips and soak them in water to remove excess starch. Slice the bell peppers into 5mm strips.
Heat sesame oil in a pan over medium heat. Stir-fry the potatoes until translucent, about 3 minutes. Add the fish sausage and bell peppers, stirring until coated with oil.
Add sake, soy sauce, and oyster sauce to the pan. Stir-fry until evenly combined.
