INGREDIENTES
Noodles
- 1 bundle dried soba noodles
Protein
- 1 pack natto with sauce (54g)
- 🥚 1 egg
Vegetables
- 5 shiso leaves
Condiments
- 2 tbsp concentrated mentsuyu
- 6 tbsp water
- A pinch of white sesame seeds
PASSOS
Boil water in a pot, add soba noodles, and cook according to package instructions. Rinse with cold water and drain.
Cut off the stems of the shiso leaves and slice them into thin strips.
In a bowl, mix natto, its included sauce and mustard, and the egg for about 2 minutes until fluffy and creamy.
In a serving bowl, mix mentsuyu and water. Place the soba noodles, top with the fluffy natto mixture, shiso leaves, and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
