INGREDIENTES
Rice
- 🍚 200g cooked rice
- 🟩 2 sheets nori seaweed
Grilled Pork
- 🐖 100g sliced pork
- 1 tbsp yakiniku sauce
- 1 tsp salad oil
Thin Omelette
- 🥚 1 egg
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 1 tsp salad oil
Spinach Namul
- 🥬 80g frozen spinach
- 🧂 1/6 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp sesame oil
- 🌰 1/2 tsp white sesame seeds
PASSOS
Cook the rice and let it cool slightly.
Heat salad oil in a pan and stir-fry pork slices with yakiniku sauce until cooked.
Beat the egg with salt and pepper, then cook a thin omelette in a lightly oiled pan.
Microwave frozen spinach until thawed, then mix with salt, sesame oil, and sesame seeds to make namul.
Place a sheet of nori on a flat surface, layer rice, pork, omelette, and spinach namul, then fold into a triangular shape.
