INGREDIENTES
Meat
- 🐖 150g thinly sliced pork belly
Grains
- 🍚 2 cups soaked rice
Vegetables
- 🥕 1/2 carrot, thinly sliced
- 5 green beans, finely chopped
Seasoning
- 🍵 300ml oolong tea
- 🧂 1 tsp sugar
- 🧂 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp Chinese stock powder
PASSOS
Cut the pork belly into bite-sized pieces. Slice the carrot thinly into quarters lengthwise. Chop the green beans finely.
Add the soaked rice, seasoning ingredients (oolong tea, sugar, soy sauce, Chinese stock), carrot, and pork into the rice cooker. Mix well and cook using the normal rice setting.
Once cooked, add the chopped green beans and mix thoroughly. Let it rest for 3 minutes before serving.
