- 1 tbsp mentsuyu (3x concentrated)
- 💧 2 tbsp water
PASSOS
Cut the fresh onion in half lengthwise and slice thinly. If the wakame is large, chop it into bite-sized pieces.
In a bowl, combine the wakame, sliced onion, mentsuyu, and water. Mix well, then add the bonito flakes and mix again.
