INGREDIENTES
Fish
- 🐟 200g cod fillet
Sauce
- 1 pack natto
- 1/2 tsp grated ginger
- 2 tbsp ponzu sauce
- 2 shiso leaves, thinly sliced
Breading
- 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 💧 2 tbsp water
- 4 tbsp breadcrumbs
Seasoning
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
Cooking Oil
- 3 tbsp vegetable oil
PASSOS
Pat the cod fillets dry with a paper towel and season with salt and pepper.
Trim the stems off the shiso leaves and slice them thinly.
Mix natto, grated ginger, ponzu sauce, and sliced shiso leaves in a bowl to make the sauce.
Combine flour and water in a shallow dish to create a batter.
Dip the cod fillets into the batter and coat them evenly with breadcrumbs.
Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat and fry the fillets until golden brown on both sides.
Serve the fried cod on a plate and drizzle the natto ponzu sauce over the top.
