INGREDIENTES
Vegetables
- 1/2 bunch nanohana (about 100g, 6 stalks)
Seafood
- 🦑 150g squid body
Batter
- 1/2 cup tempura flour
- 💧 110ml carbonated water
Seasoning
- 🍋 2 lemon wedges
- 🧂 Salt to taste
Coating
- 2 tbsp potato starch
Oil
- Cooking oil as needed
PASSOS
Wash the nanohana and cut into manageable lengths if necessary.
Clean the squid body and cut into bite-sized rings or strips.
Coat the nanohana and squid with potato starch evenly.
In a bowl, mix tempura flour and carbonated water to create a smooth batter.
Heat cooking oil in a deep pan to 170°C (340°F).
Dip the nanohana and squid into the batter and fry until golden brown.
Remove from oil and drain on paper towels. Sprinkle with salt to taste.
Serve with lemon wedges on the side.
