INGREDIENTES
Grains
- 🍚 2 bowls cooked rice (400g)
Meat
- 🥓 4 slices bacon
Eggs
- 🥚 2 beaten eggs
Vegetables
- 🧅 1/4 stalk chopped green onion
- 🧄 1 clove minced garlic
Condiments
- 1 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
Oils
- 1 tbsp salad oil
PASSOS
Chop the green onion and garlic finely.
Cut the bacon into 1 cm wide strips.
Mix the cooked rice with mayonnaise in a bowl.
Heat 1/2 tbsp of salad oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat, pour in the beaten eggs, and stir until semi-cooked. Remove from the pan.
Add the remaining 1/2 tbsp of salad oil and garlic to the pan, heat until fragrant, then add bacon and green onion. Stir-fry until softened.
Add the rice mixture to the pan and stir-fry to break up clumps. Add the eggs, soy sauce, and salt and pepper, then mix well.
