- 🧄 40 cloves garlic
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
Seasoning
- 💧 3 tbsp water
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 🍯 1.5 tbsp honey
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
- A pinch of sesame seeds
PASSOS
Cut the garlic into bite-sized pieces, trimming the base if necessary.
Heat 2 tbsp of vegetable oil in a pan and sauté the garlic until golden brown.
Add water, soy sauce, and honey to the pan, excluding sesame oil.
Simmer the garlic until the sauce is absorbed and the garlic is well-coated.
Add sesame oil and sprinkle sesame seeds before serving.
