INGREDIENTES
Vegetables
- 1/2 leek, cut into 3cm pieces
- 1 pack shimeji mushrooms, trimmed and separated
Meat
- 🍗 250g chicken thigh, cut into bite-sized pieces
Seasoning
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper for chicken
- 🧈 20g salted butter
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 🧄 1/2 tsp grated garlic
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper for seasoning
PASSOS
Cut the leek into 3cm pieces and trim and separate the shimeji mushrooms.
Cut the chicken thigh into bite-sized pieces and season with a pinch of salt and pepper.
In a bowl, mix the leek, shimeji mushrooms, chicken, sake, soy sauce, grated garlic, and a pinch of salt and pepper.
Place the mixture onto aluminum foil, top with butter, and wrap tightly. Bake in a toaster oven for 15–20 minutes until the chicken is cooked through.
