INGREDIENTES
Chicken
- 🍗 6 chicken wings (360g)
Seasoning
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 1 tsp salad oil
- 🧈 10g salted butter
Sauce
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- 1.5 tbsp soy sauce
- 🧄 1 tsp grated garlic
PASSOS
Place chicken wings skin-side down and use kitchen scissors to cut along the bone, opening the meat on both sides. Season with salt and pepper.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Place chicken wings skin-side down and cook for 2–3 minutes until browned. Flip them over, cover with a lid, and steam on low heat for about 5 minutes until cooked through.
Add the sauce ingredients (sake, sugar, soy sauce, garlic) and mix well. Flip the chicken wings to coat evenly. Add butter and stir until fully combined.
