INGREDIENTES
Grains
- 🍚 2 cups rice
Seafood
- 🐟 1 fillet fresh salmon
Condiments
- 🧂 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp dashi powder
Dairy
- 🧈 20g salted butter
Vegetables
- 🧄 1 clove garlic, minced
- 🧅 Chopped green onion, as needed
Seasoning
- 🧂 Salt and pepper, to taste
- 🌰 1 tbsp white sesame seeds
PASSOS
Mince the garlic clove.
Wash the rice and place it in the rice cooker. Add water slightly below the standard measurement line.
Add soy sauce and dashi powder to the rice and mix well.
Place the salmon fillet (with bones removed), minced garlic, and butter on top of the rice. Start the rice cooker as usual.
Once cooked, remove the salmon skin and flake the salmon into small pieces. Mix it into the rice.
Add white sesame seeds and chopped green onion. Adjust the taste with salt and pepper, then serve.
