- 🧄 1 clove minced garlic

PASSOS
Defrost the squid. Cut the okra into bite-sized pieces. Mince the garlic.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan and sauté the garlic until fragrant. Add the squid and stir-fry.
Once the squid changes color, add the okra and stir-fry briefly over medium heat. Add sake, soy sauce, and black pepper, and stir-fry.
Turn off the heat and mix in the butter until melted.
