INGREDIENTES

- 250g squid, sliced
Vegetables
- 🥔 240g potatoes, small, peeled
- 🥦 125g broccoli, chopped
- 🧄 1 clove garlic, minced
Seasoning
- 🧂 1/2 tsp salt
- Pinch of pepper
- 🧈 20g salted butter
- 🍋 1/2 tbsp lemon juice
PASSOS
Peel and cut potatoes into bite-sized pieces. Boil them until tender, then drain.
Heat butter in a pan over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
Add squid slices to the pan and stir-fry for 2–3 minutes until just cooked.
Add boiled potatoes and broccoli to the pan. Stir-fry for another 2 minutes.
Season with salt, pepper, and lemon juice. Mix well and serve hot.
