- Pinch of pepper
- 🧂 Pinch of salt
- Pinch of parsley flakes
PASSOS
Prepare 1 cup of shrimp and measure garlic, mayonnaise, sugar, and butter using a tablespoon.
Defrost frozen shrimp at room temperature, rinse under running water, and drain. Season with a pinch of salt and pepper for 5 minutes.
Mix mayonnaise, sugar, and minced garlic in a bowl. Adjust garlic quantity to taste.
Heat a pan with 1/2 tbsp butter and sauté shrimp until golden brown.
Add the prepared sauce to the shrimp and stir-fry until evenly coated and flavorful.
Sprinkle parsley flakes on top and serve immediately.
