- 250g chicken thigh
Seasoning
- 🧄 1 clove garlic
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp crazy salt
- 1 tbsp mayonnaise
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
PASSOS
Slice the garlic thinly and cut the chicken thigh into bite-sized pieces.
Remove broad beans from pods, peel the skins, and microwave with 1 tbsp water for 1 minute at 600W. Cool in water.
Heat olive oil and garlic in a frying pan until fragrant. Add chicken thigh skin-side down, cook until browned, flip, cover, and cook on low heat. Add broad beans and seasoning, stir-fry, and serve.
