Heat a dry pan and stir-fry 50g dried shrimp over medium heat for 1 minute.

Turn the heat to high and add 1/4 cup water to the pan, bringing it to a boil.

Add 300g garlic scape and 1/3 tbsp salt to the boiling water, stir-frying until the water evaporates.

Once the water evaporates, add the stir-fried shrimp to the pan.

Add 2 tbsp sugar and stir briefly, then add 4 tbsp soy sauce.

Pour 4 tbsp cooking oil near the shrimp and stir-fry.

Turn off the heat and mix in 2 tbsp sesame oil, 1.5 tbsp corn syrup, and 1 tbsp sesame seeds.
