- 1 bunch garlic scapes
Seasonings
- 1/2 tbsp chili powder
- 2.5 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 3 tbsp oligo syrup
- 🧄 1/2 tbsp minced garlic
- 💧 120-150 ml water
PASSOS
Wash the garlic scapes thoroughly and cut them into pieces about 3–4 cm long.
Prepare the sauce by mixing all the seasonings according to the listed quantities.
In a large frying pan, pour the sauce and add the garlic scapes. Bring to a boil over high heat.
Reduce to medium-low heat and simmer gently, stirring occasionally, until the sauce thickens and coats the garlic scapes. Turn off the heat and sprinkle 1/2 tbsp oligo syrup and sesame seeds to finish.
