INGREDIENTES
Fish
- 🐟 160g of salted salmon, cut into 4 pieces
Vegetables
- 🥦 1/2 head of broccoli, cut into florets
Seasoning
- 🧄 1 clove of garlic, thinly sliced
- 2 tbsp of ponzu sauce
- A pinch of black pepper
Cooking Essentials
- 1/2 tbsp of cornstarch
- 💧 1 tbsp of water
- 🧈 10g of salted butter
- 1/2 tbsp of olive oil
PASSOS
Cut the broccoli into small florets and slice the stems into 7mm pieces. Place the broccoli and water in a microwave-safe container, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 2 minutes. Drain the water. Thinly slice the garlic.
Cut the salted salmon into 4 pieces and coat them with cornstarch.
Heat olive oil and garlic in a frying pan over medium-low heat. Add the salmon and cook until fully cooked through.
Add the broccoli to the pan and stir to coat it evenly with oil. Then, add ponzu sauce and butter, stirring until everything is well combined.
Transfer the dish to a serving plate and sprinkle with black pepper.
