INGREDIENTES
Protein
- 100g thinly sliced pork
Vegetables
- 1/2 pack pea shoots
- 🧄 1/2 clove garlic, sliced
Seasoning
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
- Pinch of sliced chili
- 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
- Pinch of pepper
- 1/2 tsp chicken stock powder
PASSOS
Cut the root ends off the pea shoots and slice them into thirds. Thinly slice the garlic.
Heat sesame oil, garlic, and chili in a frying pan over low heat until fragrant. Add the pork and stir-fry over medium heat until the meat changes color.
Add the pea shoots, salt, pepper, and chicken stock powder. Stir-fry briefly to combine.
