INGREDIENTES
Seafood
- 🦐 150g peeled shrimp
Vegetables
- 🧅 1 onion, cut into wedges
- 1 pack shimeji mushrooms
- 🧄 1 clove minced garlic
- 1 sprig parsley
Seasonings
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 100cc water
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp consomme
- 🍅 200g canned diced tomatoes
PASSOS
Cut the onion into wedges, trim the shimeji mushrooms, and mince the garlic.
Season the peeled shrimp with sake, salt, and pepper.
Heat garlic and olive oil in a pan until fragrant, then add shrimp and sauté until they change color. Remove shrimp from the pan.
In the same pan, sauté the onion and shimeji mushrooms until softened.
Add water and bring to a boil. Cover and simmer on low heat for 5 minutes.
Add the shrimp back to the pan along with the canned tomatoes, salt, and consomme. Cover and simmer for 2 minutes.
Serve on a plate and garnish with chopped parsley.
