INGREDIENTES

- 🍗 6 chicken wings (300g)
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tbsp grated ginger
PASSOS
Make cuts along the bone of the chicken wings and season with salt and pepper.
Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Place the chicken wings skin-side down and cook until browned. Remove excess fat and flip the wings. Cover with a lid and cook for about 5 minutes until fully cooked.
Add the seasoning mixture (sake, mirin, soy sauce, and ginger) to the pan and simmer until the wings are well-coated.
