INGREDIENTES
Main Ingredients
- 150g firm tofu
- 🥚 2 eggs
- 🥕 50g carrot, julienned
- 🧅 55g green onion, chopped
- 1 tsp salad oil
Seasonings
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1/2 tbsp mirin
- 🧂 1 pinch salt
- 1 tsp soy sauce
PASSOS
Place tofu in a microwave-safe container lined with kitchen paper, roughly break it into 4 pieces, wrap with paper, and microwave at 600W for 2 minutes. Drain and let cool.
Slice carrot thinly and julienne. Chop green onion into small pieces.
Place carrot, green onion, and a small amount of water in another microwave-safe container. Cover loosely with plastic wrap and microwave at 600W for 1 minute 30 seconds. Drain and let cool.
In a bowl, crack eggs and add seasonings (sake, mirin, salt, soy sauce). Mix well. Add tofu and vegetables, mashing tofu while mixing thoroughly.
Heat salad oil in a tamagoyaki pan over medium heat. Pour the mixture into the pan and flatten. Cover with aluminum foil and cook on low heat for about 5 minutes until browned. Flip and cook the other side until browned and fully cooked.
