- 🥒 1 cucumber (100g), sliced thinly
- 1/2 burdock root (90g), sliced thinly
Protein
- 2 slices of ham, julienned
Seasoning
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp concentrated mentsuyu (3x)
- 🌰 1/2 tbsp ground white sesame

Slice cucumber and burdock root thinly, soak burdock root in water, drain, and microwave with 1 tbsp water for 2 minutes at 600W. Let cool and pat dry.

Cut ham into thin strips.

Mix mayonnaise, mentsuyu, and ground sesame in a bowl. Add cucumber, burdock root, and ham, then toss to combine.
