- 3 tbsp gochujang
- 2 tbsp vinegar
- 1 tbsp water
- 1 tbsp sugar
- A pinch of minced garlic
- A pinch of sesame seeds
Choe Seasoning
- 4 tbsp gochujang
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1/2 tbsp mustard
- 4 tbsp vinegar
- 1 tbsp corn syrup
- A pinch of salt
- A pinch of sesame seeds
- A pinch of sesame oil
Gochujang Bulgogi Seasoning
- 4 tbsp gochujang
- 2 tbsp chili powder
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 4 tbsp minced onion
- 2 tbsp minced garlic
- A pinch of sesame oil
