INGREDIENTES
Vegetables
- 300g chili peppers
- 🧅 1/2 onion
- 🧄 50g minced garlic
Seafood
- 🐟 50g anchovies
Condiments
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 🌾 1.5 tbsp sesame seeds
PASSOS
Soak chili peppers in vinegar water, then rinse thoroughly.
Prepare anchovies by removing the innards and heads if using larger ones.
Finely chop chili peppers, onion, and garlic.
Add all chopped ingredients and anchovies to a pot.
Pour water into the pot until it just covers the ingredients.
Add 1/2 cup soy sauce and bring the mixture to a boil.
Reduce heat and simmer until the mixture thickens slightly.
Add sesame seeds and optionally drizzle with sesame oil.
Serve over rice with a touch of sesame oil for a delicious meal.
