Soup Base

- 1/2 tsp chicken broth powder
- 1 tsp vinegar
- 💧 300ml water
PASSOS
Mix the soup base ingredients (salt, chicken broth powder, vinegar, and water) in a bowl.
Boil water in a pot and cook the somen noodles according to the package instructions. Rinse the noodles under cold water to remove excess starch and drain well.
