INGREDIENTES

- 🌱 6 green beans
Cooking Oil
- 1/2 tbsp salad oil
Dairy
- 🧈 10g salted butter
Seasoning
- A pinch of white sesame seeds
Miso Sauce
- 1/2 tbsp sake
- 1/2 tbsp mirin
- 1/2 tbsp miso
PASSOS
Trim the ends of the green beans and cut them into 4cm pieces.
Mix sake, mirin, and miso in a bowl to prepare the miso sauce.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat and stir-fry the green beans for about 2 minutes until tender.
Add butter and miso sauce to the pan, and stir-fry until the liquid evaporates.
Serve on a plate and sprinkle with white sesame seeds.
