INGREDIENTES
Bread
- 🍞 2 slices of bread
Vegetables
- 🧅 1 stalk green onion
Dairy
- 🧈 1 piece butter
- 🧀 60g mozzarella cheese
Condiments
- 3 tbsp mayonnaise
- 🧂 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp condensed milk
- 🧂 2 pinches of salt
PASSOS
Slice the green onion into small pieces.
In a pan, sauté the green onion with butter.
Mix mayonnaise, sugar, condensed milk, salt, mozzarella cheese, and sautéed green onion in a bowl.
Press the center of the bread slices slightly to create a shallow indent.
Spread the green onion topping onto the bread slices.
Bake in the oven at 190°C (375°F) for 10 minutes.
