INGREDIENTES

- 2 slices bacon
Vegetables
- 50g green peas
- 🧅 1/4 onion (50g), diced
- 🌽 3 tbsp frozen corn
Dairy
- 🧈 10g salted butter
Seasoning
- 1/2 tsp chicken stock powder
- 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
- 💧 400ml water
- Pinch of black pepper
PASSOS
Dice the onion into 1cm cubes.
Cut the bacon into 1cm strips.
Heat butter in a pot over medium heat, add onion and bacon, and sauté briefly. Add chicken stock, salt, and water, then bring to a boil. Add green peas and corn, cover, and simmer on low heat for 3 minutes until the peas are cooked.
Serve in bowls and sprinkle with black pepper.
