PASSOS
Boil water in a pot, add green peas, and cook for 2 minutes. Drain the water.
Crack eggs into a bowl, add the seasoning ingredients (salt, pepper, milk), and mix well to create the egg mixture.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat, pour in the egg mixture, and stir gently with chopsticks. When the eggs are semi-cooked, add the green peas and quickly stir-fry. Turn off the heat.
