INGREDIENTES
Eggs
- 🥚 4 eggs
Meat
- 3 sausages (60g)
Vegetables
- 100g green peas
- 🥔 1 potato (150g)
Oil
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Condiments
- Ketchup as needed
Seasoning
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- Pinch of pepper
- 2 tbsp grated cheese
PASSOS
Peel and dice the potato into 1cm cubes. Rinse in water and drain. Place the potato, green peas, and 1 tbsp water in a microwave-safe container. Cover loosely with plastic wrap and microwave at 600W for 2 minutes. Drain water.
Slice the sausages into 1cm pieces.
Heat half the olive oil (1/2 tbsp) in a frying pan over medium heat. Add sausages, potatoes, and green peas. Sauté for 2–3 minutes until sausages are lightly browned. Remove and let cool.
In a bowl, beat the eggs and mix in salt, pepper, and grated cheese. Add the sautéed ingredients and mix well.
Heat the remaining olive oil (1/2 tbsp) in the frying pan over medium heat. Pour in the egg mixture and stir gently until semi-cooked. Cover with a lid and cook on low heat for 5–6 minutes.
Place a plate larger than the pan over it, flip the omelette onto the plate, and slide it back into the pan. Cook uncovered on low heat for another 3 minutes until browned.
Cut into serving pieces, plate, and drizzle with ketchup.
