INGREDIENTES

- 🥩 200g beef harami block
- 🥬 3 leaves of lettuce
- 🍅 4 cherry tomatoes
- 1/4 yellow bell pepper
- 1/3 pack radish sprouts
Seasoning
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 2 tbsp yakiniku sauce
- 🧄 1/2 tsp grated garlic
- 1/2 tbsp white sesame seeds
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
PASSOS
Cut the beef into bite-sized pieces. In a bowl, mix the beef with salt, pepper, yakiniku sauce, grated garlic, white sesame seeds, and sesame oil. Massage the mixture and let it marinate for 10 minutes.
Tear the lettuce into bite-sized pieces. Slice the yellow bell pepper thinly. Halve the cherry tomatoes. Cut the radish sprouts in half after removing the roots.
Heat a frying pan over medium heat and cook the marinated beef until fully cooked.
Arrange the lettuce, yellow bell pepper, cherry tomatoes, and radish sprouts on a plate. Place the cooked beef on top.
