- 4 bell peppers
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
- 💧 1 tbsp water

- 1 tbsp ponzu sauce
- 2g bonito flakes
- 1/4 tsp shichimi pepper
PASSOS
Make a vertical cut on each bell pepper.
Heat sesame oil in a pan and add the bell peppers. Cook on low heat for about 5 minutes, turning occasionally to brown the surface.
Add water to the pan, cover with a lid, and steam on low heat for 2 minutes.
Plate the peppers, drizzle with ponzu sauce, sprinkle bonito flakes, and finish with shichimi pepper.
