INGREDIENTES
Meat
- 🍗 1 piece chicken thigh (250g)
Vegetables
- 🥒 1/2 zucchini (85g)
- 1/2 red bell pepper (75g)
- 🍄 1 king oyster mushroom (40g)
- 🧄 1 clove garlic
Seasoning
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 🧀 1 tbsp grated parmesan cheese
Dressing
- 🍋 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- 🧂 Pinch of pepper
- 🧄 Pinch of grated garlic
- 🌰 1/2 tbsp grain mustard
PASSOS
Preheat the grill or stovetop pan to medium heat.
Season the chicken thigh with salt and pepper, and brush with olive oil.
Slice zucchini, red bell pepper, and king oyster mushroom into bite-sized pieces.
Grill the chicken and vegetables for 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally.
