- 🍗 6 chicken wings
- 1/2 spicy cod roe
Vegetables
- 8 shishito peppers
- 1 pack king oyster mushrooms
Seasoning
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 1 tbsp mayonnaise
PASSOS
Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
Season the chicken wings with salt and pepper.
Mix the spicy cod roe with mayonnaise in a small bowl.
Place the chicken wings on a baking tray and brush them with the cod roe mayo mixture.
Add the king oyster mushrooms and shishito peppers to the tray, lightly seasoned with salt.
