INGREDIENTES
Main
- 🍗 6 chicken wings (360g)
- 🥔 1 potato (150g)
- 🌱 2 green beans
- 1 tbsp salad oil
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp yuzu pepper
PASSOS
Cut the potato into bite-sized pieces, soak in water for 5 minutes, and drain. Place in a microwave-safe container, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 4 minutes. Slice the green beans diagonally into thirds.
Make cuts along the bone of the chicken wings and open them up.
Place the chicken wings and seasoning ingredients (sake, soy sauce, yuzu pepper) into a resealable bag and massage. Seal the bag and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the marinated chicken wings and cook until browned on all sides. Cover with a lid and cook on low heat for 5 minutes until fully cooked.
Add the potato and green beans to the pan. Stir-fry until the green beans are cooked through, then season with salt and pepper.
