- 2 tbsp mirin

- 1 tbsp corn syrup
- 🍋 3 tbsp lemon juice
- 🧄 Minced garlic
- Chopped green chili
- Chopped red chili

PASSOS
Thaw the flounder, clean it thoroughly, and pat dry with paper towels.
