Sauce
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
- 4 tbsp ponzu sauce
- Chili slices to taste
- 💧 100ml water
PASSOS
Cut the green onion and fried tofu into bite-sized pieces.
Heat sesame oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add green onion and fried tofu, cooking until the green onion is browned. Cover and steam on low heat for 1 minute.
Mix the sauce ingredients (sugar, ponzu sauce, chili slices, and water) in a bowl. Add the cooked green onion and tofu, letting them marinate for 5 minutes.
