INGREDIENTES
Main
- 1 piece konjac (250g, pre-treated)
- 5 shiso leaves
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
Sauce
- 🧅 5cm minced green onion
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 1.5 tbsp soy sauce
- 🧄 1/2 tsp grated garlic
- 1/3 tsp chili paste
PASSOS
Cut diagonal grid patterns on one side of the konjac. Season both sides with salt and pepper. Slice the shiso leaves thinly and mince the green onion.
Mix all sauce ingredients (☆) in a bowl.
Heat sesame oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat. Grill both sides of the konjac until browned, then slice thinly.
Plate the sliced konjac, pour the sauce over, and garnish with shiso leaves.
