INGREDIENTES
Vegetable
- 🥬 1/6 cabbage
Fish
- 🐟 2 salmon fillets
Seasoning
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
Staple
- 1 tbsp all-purpose flour
Oil
- 1/2 tbsp salad oil
Liquid
- 💧 2 tbsp water
Sauce
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🍬 2 tsp sugar
- 🧂 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 🍶 1 tbsp vinegar
- 💧 100 ml water
PASSOS
Cut the cabbage into bite-sized pieces. Slice the salmon into manageable portions, season with salt and pepper, and coat with flour.
Heat a frying pan and grill the cabbage over medium heat until browned. Remove and set aside.
In the same pan, add salad oil and heat. Cook the salmon over medium-low heat until browned on both sides, then remove.
Wipe the pan clean and add the sauce ingredients (sake, sugar, soy sauce, vinegar, and water). Bring to a boil, then return the cabbage and salmon to the pan. Simmer for 2 minutes.
Turn off the heat, cover the pan, and let it sit for 5 minutes to absorb the flavors.
