INGREDIENTES
Rice
- 🍚 2 bowls (300g) of warm cooked rice
Fish
- 🐟 1 piece (100g) of salted salmon
Seaweed
- 🌿 1/2 tbsp dried wakame
Condiments
- 🧂 1/2 tsp soy sauce
- 2 tsp toasted white sesame seeds
Seaweed Sheet
- 🟩 2 sheets of roasted seaweed
Oil
- 1 tsp salad oil
PASSOS
Heat a frying pan with 1 tsp of salad oil. Place the salted salmon in the pan, cover with a lid, and cook over medium heat for 3 minutes. Flip the salmon, cover again, and cook for another 3 minutes until fully cooked. Flake the salmon into small pieces.
Rehydrate the dried wakame according to the package instructions. Drain the water and chop the wakame finely.
In a bowl, combine the warm cooked rice, flaked salmon, chopped wakame, soy sauce, and toasted sesame seeds. Mix well.
Divide the mixture into two portions. Wrap each portion in plastic wrap and shape into a triangular rice ball.
