INGREDIENTES
Fish
- 🐟 200g Spanish mackerel (2 fillets)
Vegetables
- 🧅 1/2 stalk green onion, minced
- 🍄 1/2 pack shimeji mushrooms
Dairy
- 🧈 15g salted butter
Miso Sauce
- 🍶 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- 2 tbsp miso
- 1/2 tsp grated ginger
PASSOS
Mince the green onion. Trim the root of the shimeji mushrooms and separate them. Pat the Spanish mackerel fillets dry with a paper towel.
In a bowl, mix the miso sauce ingredients (sake, mirin, sugar, miso, and grated ginger) with the minced green onion.
Place two sheets of aluminum foil on a baking tray. Divide the fish and mushrooms evenly between the sheets. Top each portion with the miso sauce and butter, then wrap the foil to seal.
Bake in a toaster oven for 15 minutes or until the fish is cooked through.
