INGREDIENTES
Seafood
- 🦑 1 squid (200g)
Vegetables
- 🧅 1 tbsp chopped green onion
Seasoning
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 3 tbsp mayonnaise
PASSOS
Clean the squid by removing the tentacles, internal organs, and cartilage. Wash lightly and pat dry with a paper towel. Cut the body into 1cm wide strips and the tentacles into pairs.
Mix soy sauce and mayonnaise in a bowl.
Place the squid in a heatproof container and pour the sauce over it. Bake in a toaster oven for about 10 minutes until the squid is cooked through.
Sprinkle chopped green onion on top before serving.
