INGREDIENTES
Fish
- 🐟 250g whiting, opened
Vegetables
- 🍄 100g enoki mushrooms
- 🧅 2 green onions, cut into 3cm pieces
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1/2 tbsp miso
- 🧂 Pinch of pepper
PASSOS
Cut the root of the enoki mushrooms and halve them. Slice green onions into 3cm pieces.
Mix mayonnaise, miso, and pepper in a bowl to prepare the sauce.
Place half of the enoki mushrooms and green onions on aluminum foil. Lay 3 whiting fillets on top, drizzle with 1/2 tbsp sake, and spread half of the sauce over the fish. Wrap tightly in foil. Repeat for the second batch.
Place the foil packets on a baking tray and bake in a toaster oven for about 10 minutes until the fish is cooked through.
