INGREDIENTES
Fish
- 🐟 200g yellowtail fillet, cut into 2 pieces
Vegetables
- 12 shishito peppers
Seasoning
- 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 tbsp salad oil
Sauce
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- 🧂 1 tbsp soy sauce
Garnish
- Pinch of shichimi togarashi
- Pinch of sansho
PASSOS
Sprinkle yellowtail fillet with a small amount of salt and let sit for 5 minutes. Pat dry with a paper towel and cut into 6 equal pieces.
Thread 3 shishito peppers and 3 yellowtail pieces alternately onto skewers. Repeat to make 4 skewers. Sprinkle with salt.
Mix the sauce ingredients (sake, mirin, sugar, soy sauce) in a microwave-safe container and heat uncovered at 600W for 1 minute 30 seconds.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Place the skewers in the pan and cook until browned. Flip, cover with a lid, and steam on low heat for 3 minutes.
Plate the skewers and brush with the prepared sauce. Optionally, sprinkle with shichimi togarashi and sansho for added flavor.
