INGREDIENTES

- 100g diced ham
- 🥦 1 cup blanched broccoli florets
- 🥚 2 eggs
- 🍚 1 cup cooked rice
Seasonings
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp sesame seeds
- 1 tsp sesame oil
PASSOS
Blanch the broccoli florets in boiling water and set aside.
Dice the ham and briefly blanch it in hot water to remove excess salt.
Beat 2 eggs and scramble them in a pan. Set aside.
Heat a pan with a small amount of oil, then stir-fry the ham and broccoli together.
Add 1 cup of cooked rice to the pan and mix well.
Add the scrambled eggs and season with soy sauce. Stir to combine.
Finish with sesame seeds and sesame oil. Serve warm.
