INGREDIENTES
Dough
- 120g all-purpose flour
- 🧂 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tbsp salad oil
- 💧 200cc water
Other Ingredients
- 6 slices ham
- 🧀 3 slices melting cheese
- salad oil as needed
PASSOS
In a bowl, mix all-purpose flour, salt, salad oil, and water until smooth and lump-free to make the dough.
Heat a frying pan over low heat with a thin layer of salad oil spread using a paper towel. Pour 1/3 of the dough into the pan.
Spread the dough into a round shape. Once the surface dries, flip it over.
Place 2 slices of ham and 1 slice of melting cheese on the cooked dough. Fold the sides inward and roll tightly from the bottom. Adjust the shape and cook until the surface is golden brown. Repeat for a total of 3 burritos.
