- 4 slices ham
- 🥒 2 cucumbers (200g)
- 🧂 1/5 tsp salt
Seasoning
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 🌰 1 tbsp white sesame seeds

Trim both ends of the cucumbers and cut them into thin strips. Sprinkle with salt, mix, and let sit for 5 minutes. Then squeeze out the excess water.

Cut the ham in half and slice into 5mm wide strips.
