INGREDIENTES

- 🍖 150g sliced ham
- 🌿 10g chopped parsley
Gelatin
- 💧 3 tbsp water
- 7g powdered gelatin
Seasoning
- 💧 200cc water
- 1/2 tsp consomme
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- 🍶 1 tbsp vinegar
PASSOS
Prepare a milk carton by cutting off the top 3cm, washing it thoroughly, and drying it.
Finely chop the parsley.
Layer parsley and ham alternately in the milk carton, ensuring an even distribution.
In a pot, heat water, consomme, and salt over medium heat until it simmers. Remove from heat, add the softened gelatin, and stir until dissolved. Then mix in the vinegar.
Pour the gelatin mixture gently into the milk carton, ensuring it fills all gaps. Let it cool to room temperature, then refrigerate for 2 hours to set.
Cut the milk carton open with scissors and carefully remove the jelly terrine. Slice into serving portions.
